What does a website cost?

Two tiers, both including English and French. Website is $0 down and $179 a month on a 12-month term, or a $1,500 build with $99 a month care. Website + Bookings is $0 down and $279 a month, or a $2,200 build with $169 a month care. Prices are in Canadian dollars and taxes are extra.

What is Front Desk?

A bilingual AI receptionist on your business number. It answers, takes messages and booking requests, sends call summaries and follows up by text. Pilot pricing is $149 a month with 150 minutes included, $0.45 a minute after that, and $10 a month for the business number. It requires one of the two website tiers.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You own your website, your domain and your content. On exit you receive your files and your domain.

What happens after I send a brief?

We review your business and contact you to discuss what you need. You receive a scoped proposal before any payment. Sending a brief does not subscribe you or create a charge.

What does ongoing care include?

Hosting, maintenance and security updates, a monthly activity summary and the content-update time in your tier: up to 30 minutes a month on Website, up to 60 minutes on Website + Bookings. Extra pages are a fixed $150 each, one time; redesigns and new functionality are quoted separately, and unused time does not roll over.

Can I cancel?

Pay as you go runs for 12 months and then continues month to month. Build + Care is 50% to start and 50% before launch, and the care plan can be cancelled with 30 days notice. We do not guarantee rankings, lead volumes or response times.
